To turn on a light in the dark of the world gives me joy and comfort.

The true capability is inside those people that open the doors of their soul to pick up it.

And it is the more difficult part of a training…

Great are those people  that are not ashamed to use the word Love and God publicly as   Eternal Force that all moves..  inclusive legs..

 

The morning at 8 o’clock after two hours of run I am already’ at 6000 ft altitude

on Piancavallo ‘s(Italy) mountain behind my house

A bath in the icy waters but pure water , wash my  body and my.. soul

I dress me again  and the two following hours, clean as I am, God runs with me….
